By using Zawag.org and its official mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions stated on this page. Fundamental Conditions

Membership is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

The sole purpose of Zawag.org is marriage-oriented acquaintance. It is not intended for any other purpose, and all applicants must clearly understand and accept this principle before registering.

Registration for purposes such as casual acquaintance, friendship, temporary marriage, informal marriage, or any non-marital arrangement is strictly prohibited and not permitted on the platform.

Usernames must be respectful, appropriate, and consistent with the ethical and lawful nature of the platform. The use of frivolous, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate names is not allowed.

The platform is provided exclusively for personal use. Any commercial, promotional, or advertising use by members is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate account termination, potential legal action, and forfeiture of any paid fees without refund.

The platform is intended solely for individual users. Marriage brokers, intermediaries, or matchmakers are kindly requested not to register, as no dedicated system is available for such use.

Each individual is entitled to one active account only. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all related accounts.

Providing false, exaggerated, or misleading personal information will lead to immediate suspension without prior notice.

Members must not include trivial, mocking, or sarcastic content in their profiles.

Using the platform to defame, harm, or insult any individual is strictly prohibited. Messaging and Communication Policy

The use of indecent, explicit, or suggestive language in messages is strictly forbidden.

Mocking or demeaning another member based on their personal information, social status, requests, ethnicity, nationality, or any similar attribute will result in immediate suspension, with the loss of any active subscription.

Requests for sexual content, sexual references, insinuations, symbols, images, or any form of sexually suggestive communication are strictly prohibited. Account Suspension and Deactivation

Members may deactivate their accounts at any time directly from their account settings. Deactivation results in complete removal of the profile from Zawag.org and its applications, cessation of all communications and notifications, and prevention of access by other users. Certain basic records such as email address, username, and phone number may remain stored.

A member who deactivates their account may reactivate it at any time by logging in again and confirming reactivation, without requiring approval from the administration.

If an account contains profile photos or gallery images and is deactivated by the user or suspended by administration, all images will be permanently deleted after three months, provided the account is not reactivated during that period.

If personal data appears on search engines such as Google, deactivation will assist in hiding it, but removal is not immediate. Search engines manage their own indexing and archiving processes, which are beyond our control. Typically, data is removed automatically within several months. Any removal requests must be directed to the respective search engine providers. Zawag.org bears no responsibility for third-party indexing.

The administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, including premium accounts, without prior notice, if violations occur. Diamond members may receive clarification before or after suspension; free accounts may be suspended instantly without obligation or warning.

Accounts will be suspended for reasons including, but not limited to: requesting money or assistance, fraud or attempted fraud, multiple accounts, sexual content, or violations detected by the platform’s AI moderation systems, all for the protection of users and service integrity. Data Management

The administration reserves the right to modify or remove any content or data on the platform, including member-submitted information that violates operational policies, cultural values, ethical standards, or contains hate speech, political or ideological promotion, advertising material, commercial content, external links, or contact details.

Inactive accounts may be removed at the administration’s discretion to maintain platform seriousness and quality.

Zawag.org is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of information shared by members. Diamond Membership Terms

By purchasing a Diamond Membership on Zawag.org or its applications, you explicitly agree to the following conditions:

All payments are final and non-refundable, even if the subscription was active for less than one minute. Once payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted due to immediate access to premium services.

Insults, offensive language, or harassment toward other members are prohibited. Verified complaints against a Diamond member will result in a 7-day chat suspension as an initial warning.

Repeated violations after a first suspension will result in permanent chat suspension.

Continued violations after permanent chat suspension will result in permanent account termination, with loss of all paid subscription fees.

Using the platform to collect member data for non-marital purposes, including marriage offices or intermediaries, will result in immediate subscription termination without warning, permanent account closure, and a lifetime ban from platform services.

Any attempt to promote, facilitate, request, or imply sexual services or content will lead to immediate termination, loss of subscription, and permanent banning of all related accounts.

If a Diamond member disputes a payment through financial institutions, the subscription will be suspended until resolution. If Zawag.org prevails, the suspension period will be deducted from the remaining subscription duration.

If the member wins the dispute against Zawag.org, their account will be permanently terminated.

Members facing payment issues must contact Zawag.org support before contacting financial institutions.

In cases of duplicate payments, members may request a refund of excess payments or compensation through additional subscription days, subject to the policies of payment providers. Refunds through platforms such as Apple must be handled directly with the provider.

Partial refunds are not permitted. Subscription durations are indivisible.

Incomplete payments do not activate subscriptions and will remain suspended until the full amount is paid, with no entitlement to refunds.

Diamond subscriptions are non-transferable and tied exclusively to the first account used at purchase.

Technical support response times may take up to three days, with priority given on a first-contact basis.

Any service interruption exceeding 24 hours for maintenance or technical issues entitles Diamond members to compensatory subscription days, added free of charge. Amendments

The administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically during their use of Zawag.org.
